XP
Experience Points
Experience Points are awarded for completing quests, killing MOBS, or visiting certain locations for the first time. Tradeskill XP is awarded for making items

Vendor Trash
A term used to describe those items dropped by MOBS that have no use, but can be sold to NPC merchants for coin.

Wipe
The death of an entire group, as in “We wiped in Stormhold several times.”

WORT
Washes, Oils, Resins, and Tempers
A collective term used to describe the basic alchemical items that are then used by many of the other crafting techniques.

WoW
World of Warcraft
Another fantasy based MMORPG.

Writ
Writs are a type of quest handed out to guild members by specific NPCs in the major cities of Norrath. On completion status points are awarded to the person and their guild.

Zerg
A force (raid) using a large number of players to defeat a enemy with numbers rather than skill. Often referred to as zerging.

Zerker
Berserker
An abbreviation for the Berserker character class.

Zone
An area within EQ2 such as Antonica or the Commonlands. Zone is also used a verb to describe the act of moving from one zone to another.
