The Thieve's Way is one of the adventure areas within Freeport; it is the top level of a series of sewers and hideouts infested with outlaws and other undesirables. You can reach the Thieve's Way from any of the districts or slums of Freeport. From the Thieve's Way, you can gain access to Serpent Sewer.
