The Sprawl is one of the adventure areas within Freeport; it is home to several outlaw bands, halflings, and some of the Black Magi. You can reach the Sprawl from the Commonlands, Big Bend, or the Ruins; in addition, the Sprawl has a entrance to the Serpent Sewer, below the Thieve's Way.
