Located just North West of the Oracle tower this Mob is an Epic Level 23^^^ X2 Raid encounter in Antonica. He comes with two Adept Guards and has a nasty AOE. Casters and healers should stay at max range, and if your quick enough you can pull off the Revive run back method to take him down. Would suggest bringing two full groups with members between 20-33. Drops a box with 5-6 items in it, very fun encounter for newbie raiders!
