1) Type the following into your chat box to display the fog button (Caps matter). Code:

/show_window MainHUD.Map.FogCheckbox

2) Click the now visible Fog button twice, then however many times it takes to set it unchecked.

3) Now click the World tab and back to Zone map.

Your POIs should be unblocked.
